In this certificate students learn the foundational skills necessary to support data networks, and troubleshoot and repair computer systems for end users. Students will design and implement a variety of network infrastructures, design, install, configure, and optimize server environments to provide high availability for data networks.
Students will develop procedures and processes to manage server security and integrity for data centers, plan logical network designs for multiple site topologies., and practice building networks with routing and switching equipment. Students will implement and control data communication with routing protocols and securities in LAN and WAN infrastructures, and learn how to work in group environments by managing and facilitating projects.
